ACES is an acronym of four Latin words. Each one is drawn on the crest.

Start with who you are
Everyone who joins an organisation arrives with one of two distortions. Some think too highly of themselves and hit the limit of 24 hours, two arms, two legs and one brain. Others think too little of themselves and believe they have nothing to contribute. ACES begins by finding the equilibrium between the two.
The Who Am I process
ACES maps what you are made of: your specialty, your strength, your weakness and what could be improved. It draws on questions, psychological profiling, and traditional tools such as Yi Jing, BaZi and numerology, guided by people with expertise in each. The output answers one question: who am I?
Pairing, not pushing
Once the system knows who you are, it pairs you with the people you will work well with: those who can guide you, coach you and mentor you. Everything you are asked to do is within your calibre, and if you fall short, that is fine, because everyone can improve.
A system without weakness
Every individual has a weakness. The system does not, because it has life coaches, buddies and experienced leaders across all eight dimensions. In ACES you never run out of direction or wonder what to do next.
